Stage: Pre-Launch
Focus: Tech Stack Gap Assessment Feature Addtion
We’re excited to share one of our biggest pre-launch updates yet — the Tech Stack Gap Assessment feature inside TechAlign.
Every MSP knows that success starts with standardization. But over time, customer environments drift — old antivirus tools linger, patch policies get skipped, and the stack alignment starts to blur. Our new internal assessment tool helps MSPs quickly review where their customers’ environments differ from the MSP’s preferred stack, giving them a clear roadmap to close those gaps and cut down on reactive costs.
This is an internal-facing tool, built for your engineers and vCIOs — not your customers. It’s designed to help you tighten your service delivery, align every customer with your standards, and prep stronger QBR recommendations automatically.
Alongside this release, we’ve also improved:
QBR generation with smarter AI recommendations powered by Azure OpenAI (privacy-first).
Early ConnectWise PSA and M365 Teams integrations, so soon you can sync customers, push projects, and schedule QBRs all from one place.
We’re moving fast toward launch and can’t wait to get this in your hands.
If you’re on the waitlist, you’ll get early access and special launch pricing when we open the gates.
Stay tuned — the next few weeks are about polish, QBR refinement, and real-world testing with our first MSPs.
